In 1999, having retired from Brahma, he set up a consulting firm (PIM) to structure the Market Planning and Intelligence department of the recently created AMBEV. That same year, he was invited by Kevin Clancy and Peter Krieg to join up with Copernicus US and found its subsidiary in São Paulo.
Since then, he has head up PIM, winning major clients in many different sectors of the economy.
With over 30 years experience in Marketing, Cerqueira worked for 20 years at Companhia Cervejaria Brahma (brewery) where he was Director of Marketing.
Cerqueira has a degree in Engineering from the University of Brazil, a
Master’s Degree in Sciences from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics and a specialization in Marketing from Columbia University, NY.
In 2004, after working more than 10 years in the area of Marketing in
leading companies, such as Ogilvy, L´Óreal, Sony Music and Red Bull, she became a partner in the marketing consulting firm PIM, to head up the subsidiary in Rio de Janeiro.
Since then, she has conducted strategic studies for clients, such as Oi,
Coca-Cola, Estácio, Shell and Localiza, among others.
Patrícia has a degree in Social Communication / Advertising and Publicity from PUC-RJ, and an MBA from IAG at PUC/RJ.
Hugo is a consultant with solid experience in Marketing, especially in the area of Intelligence, having worked with important companies in the last 12 years, such as Brasif Duty Free, ACNielsen, L`Óreal Brasil and TIM.
He graduated in Business Administration from PUC/RJ and has an MBA in Finance from IBMEC and a postgraduate diploma in Sport Management and Marketing from FGV.
In 1999, Adriana joined Copernicus to manage strategic projects and specialized in the international market, carrying out a series of major projects for clients in Asia, Europe and Latin America.
Adriana has worked on positioning, market segment and implementation strategies for different companies in the areas of products and services, including Shell and Exxon Mobil. She previously worked for Lucent Technologies and Nortel, both in Miami, Florida.
Adriana graduated in Social Communication from PUC/RJ and has an MBA in Marketing from the University of Miami.
Luciana is a consultant with experience in the area of management, working on process improvement and cost reduction projects in leading companies, such as Sadia, Petrobras, Cascajú – Grupo Edson Queiroz, Aeronáutica and Cordis – J&J Company.
She has also taught Six Sigma courses (Green / Black Belt) in different companies: CEBRACE, Politeno, BSH, VCP and Goodyear.
In 2007, she became a partner at PIM, to manage the company’s administrative department.
Luciana has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami, where she also obtained a Master’s Degree in 2000.
